JCI Senator Oluwole Kajola Fnivs, Fimc, is a renowned estate surveyor and Valuer by profession as well as an entrepreneur.
He had all his early educations in Kaduna and proceeded to the Federal Polytechnic Bauchi, where he studied Estate Management and graduated in the year 1999.
He started his professional career with Tony Ozoh & Partners in Kaduna and later joined Fola Oyekan in Kaduna as well.
My Story
His drive for knowledge and proficiency steered him to undertake a course among several others in Public Administration at the Pacific Western University in Denver, USA, where his exceptional performance in the course led to his been honoured with a Honourary Doctorate Degree by the University in the year 2006.
Building on his career further, he qualified as an Estate Surveyor and Valuer in 2007 and later became a FELLOW of the same Institution in the year 2018.
JCI Senator Oluwole Kajola is goal-driven. His innovative and aspiring nature gave birth to the prestigious Whitefield Hotels Ltd, and Whitefield Integrated Concept Ltd.
Senator Kajola is a member of many professional bodies amongst which are:
• National Institute of Management
• International Chief of Police
• Nigeria Institution of Estate Sureyors and Valuers
• Nigerian Hotel Association
Senator Kajola is also a Paul Harris’ Honorary ‘Fellow’ of the Rotary Club International.
Presently, Dr. Kajola is a leading figure in Nigeria’s Real Estate and Hospitality sectors.
He is the founder of Wole Kajola and Associates a chartered firm of estate surveyors and Valuers, Whitefield Hotels Limited a premier hospitality establishment in Ilorin Kwara State Nigeria.
