Professional Distinction: Architect of Public Financial Integrity

As an Assistant Director (Finance & Accounts) at the Federal Ministry of Water Resources and Sanitation, Abuja, Olabisi stands as a guardian of fiscal responsibility. She provides strategic leadership for the Integrated Personnel and Payroll Information System (IPPIS) Section, where her relentless drive for transparency, efficiency, and compliance has significantly contributed to the integrity of public financial management. Her work is a direct investment in the nation's future, ensuring that robust governance enables sustainable development and inspires the next generation of public servants.

Foundations and Frontiers: Education and Community
Olabisi’s formidable expertise is built on a solid academic foundation: an HND in Accountancy from The Polytechnic Ibadan; a PGD and MSc in Financial Economics from the Nigerian Defence Academy; and a PhD in Public Governance and Leadership (in view) from the University of Abuja. She is a Certified National Accountant (CNA) and a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM).

Her commitment to community is deeply personal. She is the founder of “Olabisi Aniso Love Extension to the Needy,” and remains an active alumnus, serving as the Immediate Past Public Relations Officer of her secondary school alma mater, Islamic High School, Basorun, Ibadan, and as Team Lead of the Social Committee for her set at The Polytechnic Ibadan Alumni Association.

The Philosopher's Stone: Mentorship as a Legacy

When asked about the driving force behind her multifaceted endeavors, Olabisi’s answer is unequivocal: mentorship. "We rise by lifting others," she often states. "My greatest satisfaction comes from unlocking the potential in a young person and watching them soar to heights they never imagined."
