Joyce Mamman Lawrence is a visionary leader, event designer, and strategist with a deep passion for
youth development, innovation, and excellence. She has served in various leadership capacities within
the Junior Chamber International (JCI) movement — as the 2017 Local President of JCI Abuja Unity,
2018 National President of JCI Nigeria, 2020 Executive Vice President, and 2023 National Convention
Director.
My Story
In 2023, she also founded JCI Abuja Prestige, continuing her legacy of inspiring purposeful
leadership and growth.
A seasoned social and corporate event planner, Joyce is widely recognized for curating exceptional
experiences that merge creativity, structure, and elegance. Beyond her work in events, she is a
reflective writer, mentor, and community advocate, committed to empowering others through
example and action.
As a skilled trainer and facilitator, Joyce has led numerous programs on innovation, entrepreneurship,
and leadership development. Through TETFund’s Startup Initiative, she has trained and mentored
students and professionals across Nigerian universities, equipping them with practical skills in career
development and enterprise creation.
Joyce is also a loving wife and devoted mother, gracefully balancing leadership, purpose, and family life.
